Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeaseTrack, a CommTrack solution provided by CommTrack Pty Ltd (ABN 46 694 019 782). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
LeaseTrack provides finance lease portfolio management software including AASB 16 journal generation, amortisation schedules, facility headroom monitoring and analytics.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the service
- Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
Customer data
You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely to provide the service.
Fees
Where applicable, fees are set out in the pricing plan. Fees are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated.
Intellectual property
LeaseTrack and all related software and content are owned by CommTrack Pty Ltd or our licensors.
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 30 days of notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time with notice through the service or email.
